Chest pain after High BP
High BP. BP reduced within 1-2 days. Chest pain seems like needle in left side, sometime feel discomfort in Right side like needle pain, sometime when drink water feel chest pain something touching,sometime shoulder discomfort.

Hello,
The symptoms do not seem related to heart. They are gastric related more. But get an ecg echo done just to be very sure and till then start tab pan 40 once a day with syp sucrafil o 2 teaspoons thrice a day for a week
