Chest pain/acid reflux
Hello I have done ECG and echo 1 month back both are normal today iam getting some pain in middle of the chest and it's paining mild while breathing even۔and getting relief after burp again paining what is this pain

Use antacids and panto tablet for now.. avoid spicy hot masala non veg food and stick to bland diet for a week.

avoid outside food for 2 weeks.. keep it to a minimum of once in two weeks. not more than that

It could be due to gastric related or chest wall muscles related.Try with antacid liquid and pan-D tablet.If not relieved,get a 12 lead ECG done.
