Chest Contusion
Can arnica gel speed up healing speed of chest contusion. My bruise has faded to pink scar kind of skin but still I am facing pain. I can see arnica gel recommended to speed up healing as it increases blood circulation. Will using this cause any side effects. As of now I am using brugel.

Don't try experimenting on your body based on online reading .For contusion best treatment is ice packs and if not thrombophobe cream local application
