  3. Chest bone pain. Of center bone upper!

Chest bone pain
My right side chest bone is paining and bone as gone inner side at that place(in round 4 cm ) and some times i if i shake my shoulders at that place it will pain ,please can you tell me the solution.pain is at right side of center bone upper
