Teeth bone issue
Dear Doctors,
Please help, posting on behalf of my sister have consulted multiple Maxillo facial surgeons. They were unable to find the root cause why the jaw bone loss / infection eating the bone. If any of the doctor have seen similar type of patients and treated. Let us know. We will connect.

Osteoclastoma tumour it may be or osteomyelitis...sinus abscess formation...may be..consult a surgeon..

It is most probably TB affecting the bone and can be very difficult to diagnose
Do the following
1. Blood tests- QuantiFeron- TB Gold test, VDRL, HIV

According to your history it appears as osteomyelitis , autoimmune related disease affecting joint , or teeth caries spread to mandibular / jaw bone

needs a systematic re-evaluation.possibly its due to osteomyelitis (chronic), or may be drug related like steroid induce immunity reduction also causes infection, tell me her medical history of any drug or any disease to evaluate first, please connect for further management and evaluation.
