Chest, back pain while get up in morning
From past few weeks, I am getting chest and back pain while getting up in the morning. Pain lasts till 10-15 minutes after getting up, and then is gone completely. The pain seems more in the chest bones and back bones, rather than in the muscles. After opening eyes, unable to get up immediately. Have to twist and turn a bit for sometime before I am able to get up and sit. I sleep on my back entirely, rather than sideways.
