Chest and back pain

Asked for Male, 20 Years

Hello sir I have chest pain right left both side and back pain Right left side and in centre pain. Any time start and off. ECG and X-ray are both normal and ECG X-ray 2 times test are normal and one time blood test normal. So sir please give suggestion and reason for chest pain and back pain. I have no diseases like that cough,vomatting,weekends,fever etc.
