Chemo port
My mother is case of tnbc and bacause of lots of chemo her nervous are damaged.. doc adviced for chemo port ....will it pain ?? and what are the precautions to be taken when port is inserted? and should we go for a chemo port?

Definitely. It will make giving chemotherapy very convenient. If you want I can do the chemoport insertion. We have one of the largest series in India. Please consult for advise

Port wil be placed under anaesthesia so it wil not pain.
There is no specific precaution for port placement
It's a safe procedure

Chemoport is always a good option. Don't worry it will be inserted under local or general anesthesia. Normal daily activities can be continued with chemoport. You just need to maintain hygeine.
