Cheek swelling due to toothache.a piece from my lower pre molar was chipped off and toothache stared thereafter swelling happened

You need to visit a dentist as soon as possible . The chipped of tooth can give pain but swelling can be because of something else . Kindly do not foam hot or cold on the swollen area .
