I visited a doctor 5 months ago due to swelling & pain in my right knee(maybe due to excessive walking or exercise). He did X-ray & at that time he said X-ray is normal,no problem. Prescribed me some medicine for 5 days & pain & swelling was gone.
After that I was having mild pain here and there in my knee sometimes below knee & sometimes upper till now.
Today i went to the same doctor with the same X-ray, now he said you have mild arthritis after seeing the same X ray which he saw 5 months ago. Prescribed Uprise D3 (60k) weekly & a pain killer for emergency use & some exercise.
I am really tensed now, what should I do as I am very young. Do I really have Arthritis Pls check carefully?

Knee arthritis at this age is very rare. X ray wise, standing x ray with few other special view will be needed for confirmation.
