Only X ray can’t tell everything, of you dentist has used apex locator and roots have lateral exits instead of apical(tip of root) then this xray is fine Another way is if you are free from pain its good If you have discomfort in chewing or food lodgement in area that doesn’t mean RcT is wrong I can see overhang i your crown (CAP on same tooth) If there is gap or you feel all the pressure on same tooth Get this crown removed Wait if discomfort gone without medication Get a new perfect fit crown(CAP)
Next Steps
Visit dentist if you have pain/discomfort
Health Tips
Check 1.) you feel more pressure on same tooth 2.) food get stuck around same tooth 3.) pain occur only on chewing or it’s continuous 4.) any redness or swelling around that tooth
