My b12 level is high or normal .what should I do for decrease b12 level . And reason of my chest pain is b12.

High B12 levels doesn't cause chest pain. In fact vitamin B12 is a water soluble vitamin which means no toxicity occurs. if you are taking multivitamins, then you can stop for a while

Ur B12 level is high and vitamin D level is low. Don't take vitamins B12 tablet or any multivitamin. Chest pain may be coz of some other etilogy. Need to know more details for proper evaulation
