Change in anxiety and mood
I was stable for two months but now my crying spells have increased, i cannot sleep before 2-3 at night, i dont feel energetic to wake up in the morning. I don't feel hungry, i feel full after eating little food, i feel anxious, there's a weird pittish and hollow feeling in the chest again, I have thoughts of self harm when I cry a lot. I have finished my post graduation so I cannot contact the college psychiatrist anymore.

If the medicines you have been prescribed are not helping, maybe you can seek an opinion online. It would help if you are with your family during this time if possible. Ideas of self harm must be expressed with someone who you think can understand.
