Chances of conceiving with right ovary o
I have cyst of 3.2cm in my left ovary. My right ovary and else everything is fine. I got periods regularly but from last 2 months my periods cycle have become of 45 days from 30 days. I want to conceive. Can i get pregnent in such condition with only right ovary?

Yes you can conceive but u need to correct ur periods by taking appropriate Medications ,for details u may get back to us.
