30mm cyst left ovary
I have a menstrual cycle of 30 days. I have a 30mm cyst with multiple follicles. Can I conceive naturally. Also what will be be my ovulation time, last month I have tried on 14th to 18th day but I didn't conceived. Please guide

You should know when is your fertile period.
Here's how you calculate your fertile period -
Start day of fertile period = (S – 18)
End day of fertile period= (L – 11)
S is your shortest cycle
L is your longest cycle
.
Example-
Your shortest cycle is 26 days
Your longest cycle is 32 days
Then your fertile period is-
Start day- 26-18= 8th day of period
End day- 32-11= 21st day of period
.
This can vary from person to person.
If you have a regular cycle of 30 days then ovulation usually happens 14 days before your expected period. So 2-3 days before and after that day is fertile period.
