Is intraleshional kenacort injection work in chalazion treatment and how .whe eye surgon dont recomend this instead of surgery

Yes..it is useful treatment for chalazion.. chalazion is inflammatory granuloma and kenacort reduces inflammation and thus chalazion.. Sometimes there are recurrence after this so many may not prefer it. Regards Dr Dhaval Patel MD AIIMS Sadbhaav Eye & Dental Clinic Motera Ahmedabad
