Chalazion. - I Have Had A Chalazion For More Than 2 Years.. I

I have had a chalazion for more than 2 years.. I have visited 4 doctors till now. But the only thing they say is to give hot compresses. They say that it's too small to surgically remove it. But it's still there. What do I do? I really want to get over this?
