Cervix problem
Hello sir/ma'am I would like to say that last year I lost my 6 month preterm baby in that case at 11 week a huge bleeding was started but doctor gave me progesterone injection and the bleeding was stop and then spotting started and 16 weeks my cervix was 3.1 and 20 weeks it was 2.9(pelvic pressure, discharge)  and then 24 weeks it 2.0cm and I delivered... Now this time on TVS scan (non pregnant) my cervix measure 3.1 cm so what I do for my next pregnancy please suggest me ... Do I have to a cerclage... I feel very helpless 🥺🥺

For the next pregnancy get a tvs done at 12 weeks if the length of the cervix is less than 2.5 CM you would require cervical stitch nothing can be done before that
