Cervix length, LFT report in pregnancy

Asked for Female, 35 Years

My wife is 29 week pregnant. she is 35 yr of age. during ultrasound her cervix length is 20 mm. In her LFT test report sgot 45 u/l, sgpt 63 u/l, ggtp 64 and ALP 276. doctor has prescribed her complete bed rest and add udiliv 300. is there any serious issue for mother or baby.
