Cervicle pain alot.
I can't sit or sleep due to my cervicle pain which is now out of my tolerance.backpain is like from back or neck to hand and fingures too much please help me out. I can not focus on anything :( feeling so nervous.

hi, gd morning, at ur age really its unlikely but demands full access to ur past medical n surgical n any trauma history... co related with ur x ray or mri cs spine...so kindly share clearly n attach recent reports. Its vata disorder n authentic ayurved surely add benefit to ur fitness

First use hard bead for sleeping with minimum height pillow. Use neck support or cervical collar. Avoid day sleeping. Avoid late night bath. Sleep early. Apply hot water bag. If not reducing after 3 days , then you must need a medical consultation.
