Cervical spondylsis
I have cervical spondylysis, since from 2 years, I taking homeopathic medicines, but now still no improvement, m a student so what should I do???? I completed full course which was of 6months !! But still no improvement , m doing exercise also for this

Treatment of cervical spondylosis includes not just medicines and exercises but also correction of your posture. Improper posture is the root cause of this complaint at younger age.
1. Avoid use of mobiles and tablets before going to bed.
2. Avoid holding the phone between your shoulder and ear while talking on the phone
3. Sleep on your back with a thin pillow below your head.
4. Drink a glass of milk per day.
