Cervical spondylitis and arthritis
Neck hurts v badly sometimes and the fingers on right hand are painful especially in cold.

Cervical spondylitis and rheumatoid arthritis are totally different things and different treatment. Apart from medications you need to modify your posture if uncorrected to put less strain on cervical spine.
