Hi I am male 26 years old I am suffering with Cervical Spondylitis, I would like to increase my fitness levels would like to make a six pack ad well could you tell me what kind of strength training should I take?

dear friend please share your x rays and other details so that it can be found out what you have, do you have any symptoms? six packs are in the abdomen they have no relation to neck so what kind of advise do you need please be specific
