If i dont work just relaxed at home i have no pains but when i go on my job after 2 to 3 hours i start getting pain and tiggling in one of my finger of right hand. I consulted one spine surgeon showed my MRI flims report . He told my case is of surgey now i have checked online surgey in such cases is very risky and is very last option to perform even for doctors and if i dont go for surgey will it further detoriate my condition or death

Hello, Your condition does not seem very severe protusion of the cervical disc as you said the pain disappears when you rest as spine surgeries are very risky . You may visit your physiotherapist who can assess you and give you modalities to reduce pain and exercises to strengthen your neck muscles. Apart from that please ask your physio to teach you ergonomics that is how your back has to be . Your office chair needs long back support so from your neck and enitre spine is supported  plus the distance of the computer and height at which it should be kept and forearm and good wrist support of the table.
