Can polyps on cervix cause hindrance in conceiving or can one get pregnant with cervical polyp or we have to remove polyp before conceiving?

It will not affect conception but better to remove before conceiving if it is symptomatic and large size. During pregnancy it may cause bleeding and also it can cause problem during vaginal delivery.
