I got cervical mucus with thick consistency not watery but more feels like bouncy from 16th day to 20th day of my cycle does this means ovulation when will i get my period?

If the cervical mucous is thin and is stretching like a string between your 2 fingers (spinnbarket sign) then you are ovulating.

The mucus may feel gluey or stretchy in consistency during ovulation. But this only helps to predict the time of ovulation and not confirm it. You'll get you periods 14 days after ovulation.
