Cervical length in week 39
I am in 39th week of pregnancy and my cervical length is 3.5 cm. What should be the ideal length of cervix for vaginal delivery. What enhances the increase of cervical length? Is there any exercise ?

Hello... 3.5cm is good cervical length.. As it shortens... You go into labour. There will be no need to increase cervical length. Visit a  nearby obstetrician if there is contraction.. Or water or blood discharge.
