Cervical dystonia is progressive
How long does it take for cervical dystonia to progress. Or it remains the same.. I feel tremors in my neck and it's not visible.. I ahve an urge to lie down all the time that is rest my neck.. my upper back and chest is painful. Dolo 650 kind of relives me from pain. There is sound in my neck when I turn towards right at times associated with pain.. Unable to sleep at night.. Which doc treats cervical dystonia

What you're describing is neck muscles weakness associated with tremors that could be due to neuropathy. To make a diagnosis of dystonia, you have to consult a neurologist.
