Central Disc Bulge more towards left side seen at c34, c45,c67 with no significant compression. Attached the MRI reports. 3 month back, Initially I had severe  pain and too much weakness.. I couldn't even lift a mobile.. Now I don't have any pain . Weakness has improved a lot... I have numbness in right hand and thumb.. Please recommend what steps I need to take further..
