I have a lot of questions... 1. if we take progesterone in the form of weekly injection, it can prevent the labour pain or not? 2. next time what method I should try to avoid cervix problem? B coz  already I had 1 failed preventive cerclage... 3. if lying upside down all the day, (to reduce the pressure of the cervix) it could help or not? 4. how to avoid infections after cerclage to delivery... is it safe to take antibiotics for several months.. 5. shall I take hospital bed rest next time? please suggest your answers...
