  4. Cervical canal length. And bed rest?

Cervical canal length
Hello...I am 32 yrs old female and currently 13wks pregnant.recently I had done a n NT scan..my cervical canal length came out to be 35mm..is this ok?or is it too short?will it improve with time and bed rest?my doc is out of the town and will be back in few days. please help

Length more than 2.5 cm is normal and what is normal cannot be changed
