Cerelac for 7 month old baby
My daughter is 7 months old. can i give cerelac or nestum rice to my baby? is it advisable or please suggest me with an alternate for cerelac

Hi.
It is better if you give home made food like khichdi, daliya, veg soup.
Though in emergency, you can use these ready-made cereals.

Dear parents,
These are emergency food.
Give semisolid Diet like dal daliya khichdi rice ALU kela upama halwa rab kadi patoliya idli poha satu etc etc no roti chapati bread and biscuits.
