Cerelac digestion issues after 6 months

Asked for Female, 33 Years

My son has been on my feed for 6 months. Had colic issues so the doctor suggested Neosmile. Now after their advice I have started cerelac wheat. But the kid seems to be cranky and uncomfortable with a bloated belly for the whole day. Should I give him Neosmile now.. ? TIA
