During my anamoly scan at 18 weeks 5 days, my cephalic index showed 69 and dolicocephaly. Is it normal or common finding? Or it will affect in future?

Cephalic index is the ratio between the bredth of the head divided by length of the head. Normally it should be between 75 and 100%.
In your case it shows that the head of the baby is a little compressed from side to side. It will change in subsequent ultrasound scans . There is no cause for worry at present.
