Centre of chest
I have issue in the centre of my chest.when I feel stiffness at that point I strach my chest fully there is crack sound like when we generally do with our fingers (finger chatkana) then I feel some relax..is there any solution of it .

It could be due to your bad posture. If you have stoop posture then your chest muscles goes for tightness.
Next Steps
You should do posture correction exercises with proper guidance. You should maintain correct posture while working, sitting, standing. You should do upper back and chest stretching and strengthening exercises. You should drink atleast 2-3 litres of water every day. Take breaks in between work.

You may be feeling such because of reduced muscle flexibility or muscle tightness. It might be because of you having a fixed kind of posture for a long period, like sitting in front of screen for long hours! You have to Avoid excess salt in diet and drink appropiate quantity of water. lt will help to detox your body and keep u hydrated 👍
