Is attached cect report normal or something serious?? Because I have mild pain in my right side in mouth for one year.. please suggest

The only thing that needs evaluation in the report is the multiple lymph nodes. Could be due to infection.... Shouldn't be anything too serious

Please come down to my clinic Y S Desai Specialty Healthcare at Basaveshwaranagar for a proper ENT clinical assessment. The lymph nodes in yiur neck regions indicate that you have multiple foci of infections in your mouth, throat and nose. The CT scan also reported that you have a crooked nasal septum almost completely blocking one nostril.
