U need to consult internal medicine specialist , repeat the tests from different lab. Close watch on plt count. Better under supervision in medical college . Ur clinical history is important e.i. Fever etc.

If you have no symptoms nothing to worry about Repeat CBC with differential,platelet count And peripheral blood smear examination after a month
