According to your sister sign and symptom and report she is suffering from gastroenteritis .
She have infection around the gastrointestinal tract area so that she is showing value as low haemoglobin and low RBC and low platelet .

Lymphocyte count decreased
Neutrophil count increased
This is due infection it will improve as treatment is done... nothing to worry else
