Every tooth behaves as an individual unit and getting a root canal treatment in one tooth does not make the others immune to Cavitation. The number of teeth affected by Deep Cavitation are the number of teeth requiring root canal treatment. Meticulous oral hygiene maintenance is required by the patient to avoid such treatments.
If your previous root canal treatment have not been done properly you can always consult and endodontist for the same.
Please ask your dentist to guide about proper brushing technique to maintain oral health in the future.
Regards.
