Caugh , fever, headache and tonsillitis sometimes feeling cold and weakness . Please suggest good medicine.

Salt water gargling, antipyretics, lozenges, humidified air, drink plenty of water, take adequate rest. If tonsillitis is caused by a bacterial infection, your doctor will prescribe a course of antibiotics. We cannot prescribe medications online..
