My 3 years child having cold and caugh from 1 week, doctor suggested azitral and levolin syrup.but no use can you suggest us the best one foe caugh

If mild,just give steam inhalations 4-5 times a day,use decongestant nasal drops for nasal block,and paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required.
