Hi doctors,
My son is 17 months old and I breastfeed every night. I'm planning to breastfeed him until he is 3 years old. He was having a fever so we visited a hospital and the doctor there told me to stop breastfeeding feeding him completely since breastfed children might get anemic since they don't eat food properly. I don't want to stop since I've heard that breastfeeding increases his immunity and it's good as long as a baby is breastfed. Please advise if I should stop.
