Category 1 phimosis
I have category 1 phimosis in which my penis which in flaccid state the foreskin can go back fully but when it is in erect state the foreskin only comes back till only the head of the penis and when I try to pull back more i can't because it's tight, I don't think i need an surgery please suggest some steroids cream for increasing the flexibility and loosing of the penis foreskin and some medicines also.
