Which is latest and best lens to use (price no problem) in cataract surgery to get full and complete vision so that not even reading glasses are needed after surgery. and which is the latest and best technique of cataract surgery.

You may go  phaco-emulsification with multifocal  lens in which you will need no reading glass ,in my opinion supplied by ALCON gives good result
