Basically there is differences in prices of intraocular lenses owing to its different properties.Premium lenses cost more because they are similar in color perception and contrast sensitivity to normal human crystalline lenses.Multifocal lenses gives almost freedom from spectacle use,as patients are able to read also without the aid of glass.
