Cataract operation
My father in law are suffer cataract problem . He want to remove cataract and then go for lance. Can you suggest , both activity is possible at a time or patient should go first for contract removal then for Lasik. Kindly suggest for better .

Hello Both the things can be done in one sitting and both steps takes hardly 10-15minutes

Cataract surgery with foldable intraocular lens implantation is the choice of treatment now a days.surgery without lens implantation is now an obsolate treatment.to put monofocal or multifocal lens depends on condition of eye,requirement of glasses for patient and budget of patient.you can discuss with your ophthalmologist for both option.he can be the best person to judge and guide you.

Modern day cataract surgery is a single procedure wherein the natural cataract pud lens is removed and an artificial lens is implanted. You can visit your ophthalmologist for a surgical evaluation.
