Cataract in both eyes
In general check up got to know she has Cataract. Not able see mostly during day under sun. Is it that compulsory she has to undergo Cataract surgery. Is Cataract surgery advisable at the age of 48 only?

Hello A. There is no other treatment for cataract other than surgery B. Age does not matter.. If she has Cataract and feeling difficulty in daily routine than yes... She must go for surgery

Yes cataract surgery can be done at any age. Depending upon the diminution of vision
