Cataract will cause progressive decrease in vision over few years. May have decrease in vision esp while outdoors in sun. Get yourself checked yearly or if you have any problems. If it is just a cataract, you will have decrease in vision. For any other symptom, if ever you have, you should consult a Dr. Hope your blood sugar and blood pressure are normal. Do get it checked.
