Cataract and spectacles
I have cataract and I want to take spectacles I never went for eye exam... Where should I go to...? An opthalmologist or an optometrist... Can medicine, diet and use of right spectacles slow the rate of cataract??and selectable?

You should see on ophthalmologist madam. Once cataract is there, Optimetrist cannot help you much.
