I completed my 4 dosage rabies vaccination on 11th sept 2025 due to scratch from an unvaccinated kitten and today I got scratched by an unvaccinated male cat with slight bleeding do I need to take another vaccination for that. I washed it with soap and water and disinfected it with water???

U r under vaccine effect  so no need of vaccine. Relax, u r safe. Clean the wound with antiseptic n running water.  Apply antiseptic.

Since you completed a full 4-dose rabies PEP in Sept 2025 (within 3 years), you do NOT need the full course again. For a new scratch/bite from an unvaccinated cat, you only need: 👉 2 booster doses of rabies vaccine: Day 0 and Day 3. No RIG (rabies immunoglobulin) needed. You already did the right thing by washing with soap and water.
